An Interview with the Founder/Lead Investigator

About Our Team

KC Rowe

Founder and Lead Investigator

KC Rowe is the Founder and Lead Investigator of Katella Investigations. Prior to opening Katella, KC worked as a Fugitive Recovery Agent, personally apprehending over 300+ subjects. His background in Bounty Hunting has made him a dogged surveillant, particularly skilled at locating subjects and uncovering evidence.

KC is fueled by his passion to help others. He has used his investigative expertise to successfully bring missing people home, solve crimes, and prove innocence.

KC is a family man. He enjoys spending his time tinkering, fixing stuff, or getting on the tractor to work the field. He is an avid movie fan, and has gone on a movie date with his wife every weekend for over a decade. KC is also a documentary junkie, and recommends his favorite, “Long Shot.”

Kelsey Muhr

Chief Operating Officer

Kelsey Muhr is the Chief Operating Officer at Katella Investigations. Prior to working with Katella, Kelsey worked in Aviation Security, overseeing the Security Operations and Background Investigations of a Commercial Airport in conjunction with the DHS, TSA, and FBI. Here, she developed strategic expertise in threat analysis and security operations. She received a bachelors degree in Criminology and Justice Studies from Humboldt State University.

Kelsey is passionate about Justice and community. She served as a board member to the Humboldt County Behavioral Health Board.

In her free time, you can find Kelsey outdoors with her husband, and their pet dog. She also enjoys reading about Criminology and Studying Interrogations (that’s what we do for fun).

Chris Craddock

Case Manager

Chris Craddock is the case manager for Katella Investigations. Prior to joining the team at Katella, Chris spent 25 years with the Dekalb County police department.
